Strength TogetHER 19 - Session 1
5th June, 2021 'Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back'. Lokopakar is a voluntary organisation which aims for overall youth development. One of its projects, Strength togetHER provides a virtual space for girls of all age groups. It is a platform where girls can share their feelings, emotions and stories in a safe environment which helps them to grow and build strong relationships. It has already helped many girls to gain self confidence and realize their self worth. After successful completion of one year of strength togetHER, we decided to launch the 19th cohort with a positive energy. Nearly 15 girls joined the Introductory Session with the same excitement and nervousness. The session started from 3 in the afternoon and went up till 4 via the virtual world of zoom. I was really nervous and equally excited to meet new girls and couldn't wait to be friends with them. Starting off the session, one of the team members of Lokopak
